Only four days until the spookiest holiday of the year. Ready your front porch for trick-or-treaters with a freshly carved pumpkin. Haymaker (2310 Manor Road) makes the process easy this year by providing tools, as well as a patio carving space that you don’t have to clean! Bring your own pumpkin or purchase one on site. You might even take home the coveted Best Carved Pumpkin award.

Tuesdays at Haymaker also means $3 Texas pints and liquors. Yeehaw, gourd artistes!

Or, if carving sounds like too much manual labor, head over to Antonelli’s Cheese House for a cheese and candy pairing class. The seven distinct cheeses, each matched with a complimenting candy or chocolate, are the most decadent way to spend your holiday.  Doors open at 6:15pm, and the event starts at 6:30pm. Tickets are $43.
