The three-day event (it was originally supposed to be longer, hence the name) at the North Loop area restaurant Foreign & Domestic features a different group of 15 chefs from around the country (and Toronto) collaborating nightly on meals, with all of the chefs joining forces on the event’s final night, a 15-course feast.

Talent will include Richie Nakano of Hapa Ramen in San Francisco, Scott Vivian of Toronto’s Beast, Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House and Taperia Raca in Miami, David Santos of Louro in New York, and Josh Jones of Austin’s Salt & Time.

7 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. $195-$315. Foreign & Domestic, 306 E. 53rd St. 512-459-1010, indiechefsweek.com.
