Whether you want to attract wildlife, add structure to your garden or grow edible plants to add spice to meals, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center’s spring plant sale will have thousands of plants available. Among them will be hard-to-find natives such as butterfly weed favored by monarchs, the succulent blue manfreda, rusty blackhaw viburnum (a selection honoring Lady Bird) and trees such as big tooth maple. Kids will also have fun activities to do throughout the day.
