Austin’s celebration of scripted comedy, the ATX Sketch Fest, continues on Friday night with three completely different shows.

First at 8:30 p.m., Los Angeles comedian Brent Weinbach presents “Appealing to the Mainstream,” where he attempts to adjust his quirkiness to fit into the world around him. Then Austin’s own Vanessa Gonzales performs “I Don’t Know Dating,” a show in which she tries to figure out those funny feelings you get when you like someone. Tickets for the opening show are $15.

Then at 10:15 p.m., Austin sketch group Your Terrific Neighbors and New York City’s Kingmaker will perform some of their best material. Tickets for this show are $12.

To end the night, some of the best comedians Sketch Fest has to offer will showcase something they’ve written but never performed during ‘So Juiced.’ This free comedy show will begin at midnight.

All shows on Friday night are at Spider House Ballroom.
