Ready your sweet tooth — and make sure you’ve got quite an appetite — for this whopping 14-course dinner from six of the sweetest pastry chefs in town, including Zach Hunter of Fixe, Susana Querejazu of Odd Duck and Barley Swine, and Tavel Bristol-Joseph of Emmer & Rye.
They’re leaving their respective posts for one night to create this feast of both sweet and savory offerings. Also joining the Austin chefs is Brian Mercury, pastry chef of the nationally lauded Harvest in Cambridge, Mass.
