With more than 3,900 bars around the world participating, Negroni Week has become a huge fundraiser for charitable causes, and in Austin, that’s no exception. Kick off the week at Italic, where venerated guest bartender Jason Kosmas will be celebrating with his company’s Ford’s Gin, featured in Italic’s house Negronis.

Through June 12, the Italian restaurant will be donating $1 of every Negroni sold to the Sustainable Food Center. For the full list of participating Austin bars, which include Juliet, Small Victory and the Firehouse Lounge, visit negroniweek.com/venues.

Details: 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Free. 123 W. Sixth St. facebook.com/events/284694518539210.
