The local cheese shop continues this DIY food-making workshop with SoCo Homebrew, which will teach you how to homebrew cider (a perfect pairing with cheese, naturally). The class consists of an intro into the history of cider-making, a tasting of several cider styles, and an overview and demo of the cider-making process.
By the end, you’ll have learned all the steps and components required for the successful result of homebrewed cider.
